Pear Cheesecake Parfait's w/ Ginger

PEAR CHEESECAKE PARFAITS  W/ GINGER                         Makes 4 servings

Beat 8 oz softened cream cheese with 3 tbs sugar and 3 tbs heavy cream. Put a heaping teaspoon of graham cracker crumbs in each glass. Top with cream cheese mixture, chopped canned or fresh pears and chopped crystallized ginger, then SERVE...

This was originally suppose to serve 4 but we only got 2 for those dishes, so if you have smaller dishes then because that is a lot of cream cheese and I didn't think of it until after I ate it.  So not the healthiest dessert but tasty.
Also I could only find the ginger at natural food store not Giant.  They are kinda gummy like candy not like sugar which is what I thought they would be like.  Very strong when not on the dish but you can't really taste the ginger with the pears.
Recipe taken from FrugalFriendsInTheKitchen at YahooGroups.
